How to integrate Salesforce with Controlhippo?

Steps to Integrate Salesforce

Step 1: Log in to your controlHippo account.

Step 2: Open the Integration page.

Step 3: Click on the "integrate" button of Salesforce.

Step 4: A pop-up box will appear where you need to enter your salesforce account URL.

You will find the URL in the profile section of your Salesforce account.

Step 5: Enter the URL in the input field of the pop-up. Click on the "Add to Salesforce" button.

Note: make sure to add https:// before the URL for successful integration.

Step 6: Your integration with Salesforce is completed.

Step 7: Now go to the chat list page and start a conversation with the contacts.

Step 8: Now open your Salesforce account and go to the lead section. You can see the lead of that contact has been made.

Step 9: click on the lead to open it. You can see that the message activity has been synced with the activity of that contact.

You can directly message the contact from your salesforce account with the help of the Controlhippo Chrome extension.
