Steps to integrate Monday.com
First, install the ControlHippo App from Monday's Marketplace in your account.
Note: To prevent duplication, the default country code is integrated into the system, ensuring that contacts entered into your CRM are uniquely identified and not replicated.
Step 1: Log in to your ControlHippo account.
Step 2: Click on the integration option from the side menu.
Step 3: A Monday.com pop-up will appear. Click on the "Add to Monday" button.
Step 4: It will direct you to a new page, where you will need to grant access.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the ControlHippo integration page, where a new pop-up will open asking for board ID.
Step 6: Your integration is completed, now go to chats and start messaging.
Step 7: It takes a minute to sync the activity in monday.com. You will find the activity in the updates section of contact.
Access to Monday users: To all the types of users of Monday (member, admin, guest, and viewer) we show our application to them but to access the ControlHippo platform, the user needs to have authorized credentials to log in and use the platform on Monday.
