Step 1: Open the chat you want to label. 

Step 2: Click on the “i” button at the top right corner. 

Step 3: Click on “Labels” and assign one.

You can seamlessly delete or edit labels from the ControlHippo dashboard. Here’s how. 

Step 1: Open the chat whose label you want to delete.

Step 2: Click on the “i” button at the top right corner.

Step 3: Click on the small “x” beside the label name.
