How to cancel my ControlHippo account?

To cancel the ControlHippo account, you need to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the ControlHippo dashboard. Then click on the "Plan & Billing" section.

Step 2: Choose “Cancel Account”.

Step 3: Share your reason for cancelling the account and click on “Next”.

Step 4: Click on “ Schedule a call” if you want to discuss your concerns with the team.

Or

Click on “Proceed Cancellation” if you are sure about the cancellation.

Step 5: Share your dissatisfaction issue. Click on “I agree and have read the above statements”.

Step 6: Click on “Cancel Account”. 

Your account will be successfully cancelled.
